Hemp Compliance (2018 Farm Bill)

THSEA – Sal Terrae LLC offers products derived from hemp as defined under applicable United States federal law, including the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”).

All hemp-derived products are intended to contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis at the time of manufacture. Products are not intended for use or sale where prohibited by law. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by THSEA – Sal Terrae LLC from within the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THSEA – Sal Terrae LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration
